T12

Description

T12钢是一种含碳量比较高的钢材,淬火后有较多的过剩碳化物,它的按耐磨性和硬度适于制作不受冲击负荷、切削速度不高、切削刃口不变热的工具。

T12 steel is a kind of steel with high carbon content. There are more excess carbides after quenching. Its wear resistance and hardness are suitable for making tools that are not subject to impact load, low cutting speed and constant heat of cutting edge.

T12 process

临界点温度 (近似值)

Ac1 =730°C 、, Accm =820°C 、 Ar1 =700°C

1. Critical point temperature (approximate):

Ac1 =730°C 、, Accm =820°C 、 Ar1 =700°C

正火

正火温度 850~870°c, 空冷, 硬度 269 ~341HBW

normalizing

Normalizing temperature: 850 ~ 870 ℃, air cooling, hardness :269 ~ 341HBW

普通退火

退火温度 760 ~770°C, 保温2 ~4h, 再以 <30℃/h 冷速, 随炉缓冷到 500 ~600℃,出炉空冷。

Ordinary annealing

Annealing temperature is 760 ~ 770 ℃, holding for 2 ~ 4h, then slowly cool to 500 ~ 600 ℃ with the furnace at a cooling rate of < 30 ℃ / h, and then discharge the furnace for air cooling.

等温球化退火

1) 760 ~770 ℃ ×2 ~4h, 680~700 ℃ ×4 ~6h, 等温以后,炉冷温度到 500 ~600 ℃, 然后出炉空冷, 硬度≤207HBW

2) 750 ~770 ℃×1~2h, 680 ~700 ℃ ×2 –3h, 硬度 179 ~207HBW。

Isothermal spheroidizing annealing

1) 760 ~770 ℃ × 2 ~4h, 680~700 ℃ × 4 ~ 6h, after isothermal, the furnace cooling temperature reaches 500 ~ 600 ℃, and then the furnace is discharged for air cooling,  the hardness is ≤ 207HBW

2) 750 ~770 ℃ × 1~2h, 680 ~700 ℃ × 2-3H, hardness 179 ~ 207HBW.

调质处理

淬火温度800~820 ℃,油冷; 回火温度640~680 ℃,保温时间2~3h, 球化级别:3 ~5 级, 硬度 183 ~207HBW。

Quenching and tempering treatment

Quenching temperature 800 ~ 820 ℃, oil cooling; Tempering temperature: 640 ~ 680 ℃, holding time: 2 ~ 3H, spheroidization grade: Grade 3 ~ 5, hardness: 183 ~ 207HBW.

普通淬火、回火

淬火温度760~780 ℃,水冷、⽔油双液冷却或碱浴冷却. 硬度≤62HRC, 回火温度(180 ±10) ℃ 。

Ordinary quenching and tempering

Quenching temperature 760 ~ 780 ℃, water cooling, water oil double liquid cooling or alkali bath cooling. Hardness ≤ 62Hrc, tempering temperature (180 ± 10) ℃.

T12 Steel Application:

1、用于制作冷拔、拉深凹模。

2、适合于制作小型拉拔、拉深、挤光模具。

3、可用于尺寸小, 形状简单, 轻载荷的冷作模具, 如小冲头、剪板机的剪刀等。

4、适用于制作一些要求硬化层不深并保持高韧性的冷冲模等。

5、适用于各种中小生产批的模具和抗冲击载荷的模具。

6、碳素工具钢仅适于制作尺寸不大, 受力较小, 形状简单以及变形要求不高的塑料模。

7、用于导柱、导套、推板导柱、推板导套。

8、用于塑料模具的斜销、滑块、锁紧楔,

1. It is used for making cold drawing and deep drawing dies.
