Annealing hardness HBW: ≤ 229

Heat treatment process

  1. 球化退火:790~810℃加热,650~670℃℃等温,≤500℃出炉空冷;
  2. 淬火:加热温度=880~900℃,淬火冷却:根据不同的工件结构,不同的要求,可以采用水、PAG淬火液、油等冷却介质。

1. Spheroidizing annealing: heating at 790 ~ 810 ℃, isothermal at 650 ~ 670 ℃, discharging at temperature ≤ 500 ℃, and then air cooling;

2. Quenching: heating temperature = 880 ~ 900 ℃, quenching cooling: according to different workpiece structures and different requirements, cooling media such as water, PAG quenching liquid and oil can be used.

3、临界点温度:Ac1 =740°C 、 Ar1 =700°C、 Accm :850°C

4、冷压毛坯普通软化规范:(820±10)°c ×3 ~4h, 以.≤15°C /h的冷却速度, 随炉缓冷至≤650°C, 出炉空冷。

5、冷压毛坯等温球化软化规范:(820±10)°C ×3 ~4h, (720 ±10) °C ×6 ~8h, 再随炉缓冷至≤600°C, 出炉空冷。处理前硬度≤217HBW, 处理后硬度≥170HBW。

6、正火规范:正火温度 900 ~920°C, 硬度 302 -388HBW。

7、成批等温球化退火规范:790 ~810°C ×2 ~3h, 炉冷, 7O0 -720°C ×3 ~4h, 硬度≤217HBW, 珠光体组织2-5 级, 网状碳化物等级≤2 级。

6. Normalizing: the normalizing temperature is 900 ~ 920 ° C and the hardness is 302 – 388hbw.

7. Batch isothermal spheroidizing annealing: 790 ~ 810 ° C × 2 ~ 3H, furnace cooling, 7o0 – 720 ° C × 3 ~ 4h, hardness ≤ 217hbw, pearlite structure grade 2-5, network carbide grade ≤ grade 2.

  • 淬火、回火

1) 淬火温度 830 – 850°C, 硬度 62 ~65HRC, 回火温度 130 ~150°C, 硬度 62 ~65HRC。

2) 淬火温度 840 ~ 860°C, 硬度 61~63HRC, 回火温度 150 ~170°C, 硬度 60 ~62HRC。

8. Quenching and tempering

1) Quenching temperature 830 – 850 ° C, hardness 62 ~ 65hrc, tempering temperature 130 ~ 150 ° C, hardness 62 ~ 65hrc.

2) Quenching temperature 840 ~ 860 ° C, hardness 61 ~ 63hrc, tempering temperature 150 ~ 170 ° C, hardness 60 ~ 62Hrc.

9Cr2Mo features and Applications

用于制造冷轧用的辊、压轧辊、冷冲模及冲头等。

冷轧辊直径:≤300mm时,辊身表面硬度范围HS≥95、90~98、80~90,其相应有效淬硬层厚度分别为≥6、8、10:301~600mm时,为≥10、12、15:601~900mm时,为≥8、10、12。辊颈硬度范围HS=30~55
